Sorry friends - we've been slacking - not for lack of want to keep the blogs coming - but because we have been so darned busy.

I know - it's no excuse - so we're back - and ready to roll into the holiday season.

As an FYI - based on popular request - we're testing another  new service.

Here's the premise - It's really disconcerting when travelers come to a city you love - like Santa Fe - and receive shabby and/or less than stellar service and attention.

We're going to try and help keep that scenario from happening.

Here's the Action - If you're traveling to Santa Fe or someplace that has historic properties - Give Jim a call at 505.660.1173 or email him at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ;

he'll help guide you, your friends, family and business associates.  The initial call is free - have your list of questions ready.

Here are the Consequences - We know that every good business person intends to offer exceptional, high quality  customer service.  But the reality is - even in the most exceptional

places - life happens - and excellence suffers.  Oftentimes those in control lose contact - and that's not good. And, customers arelost - often forever - and we never know because they

talk with their feet - then spread negative word of mouth - that could be prevented.

Here's the Goal - Jim's goal is to get feedback directly from you - the traveler - and share it in a meaningful and friendly way with those in control of the situation.

Note:  This is not a travel agent service.  It is not Tripadvisor, It is not a google blog or google geographic local locators w/comments.  it is simply one on one on one...

You to Jim. Jim to those who can infuence the situation.

We'll see how it goes.

For those of you who contacted us regarding the "Shopping Service"... sorry - but it' seems to be a universe fraught with intrigue and some degree of deception. Not a place we want to play.

Lots of good companies out there - lots more who are not.

Give Jim a call 505.660.1173 or shoot him an email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if he can help your travel adventures in any way.  He'd love to hear from you.

Enjoy the upcoming holidays.
